Privacy Policy

This is an interim policy covering the pre-launch website. A full policy reviewed by legal counsel will replace it before the app launches. The app itself will have its own separate privacy policy.

Who we are

Deus X Maria is a Catholic prayer app, currently in development. This website is its public home. For anything in this policy, contact support@deusxmaria.com.

What we collect, and why

Waitlist form: your first name and email address — used for exactly one purpose: sending you a single notification when the app launches. Legal basis: your consent (the checkbox you tick).
Contact form: your name, email address, inquiry type, and message — used only to answer your inquiry. Legal basis: your consent.
Bot protection: both forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data (such as your IP address) to distinguish people from bots. See Cloudflare's privacy documentation for details.

What we do NOT do

No analytics or tracking cookies. This site sets no cookies at all.
No advertising, no profiling, no sale or sharing of your data.
No marketing emails. One launch notification — that is the whole list.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored within the European Union. Form submissions are delivered to our support mailbox and kept only as long as needed for the purpose you gave them to us — waitlist entries are deleted after the launch notification is sent.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email support@deusxmaria.com and we will act on it promptly. You may also withdraw consent at any time, and you have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
